Dr Elise Moritz is a female Veterinarian.
Elise graduated from the University of Nottingham in the UK in 2017 and headed to New Zealand to complete an equine internship at Veterinary Associates Equine Hospital. Here she gained valuable experience in equine orthopaedics, intensive care and reproductive medicine, serving both Thoroughbred and Standardbred studs and working at the Karaka Bloodstock Sales. After her internship, Elise worked as an ambulatory and stud clinician in private practice in the UK before coming back to the southern hemisphere for the 2021 stud season at the Clovelly ICU in Scone and at Tamworth Equine Veterinary Centre. She has since completed another UK breeding season while working on her Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Equine Internal Medicine with the University of Liverpool. She is also an official FEI permitted treating veterinarian and regularly attends FEI events.
Elise will be out servicing stud farms in the Scone region for the breeding season.
